Banting Boulevard's Cappuccino Muffin premix is a convenient and yummy way to enjoy a teatime treat. Just add eggs, milk and vanilla. Makes 12 muffins.
Suitable for Vegans, Diabetics, those with Coeliac Disease, the Health Conscious, and those following a Sugar-free, Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Banting, Keto, Low Carb or Halaal Lifestyle!
Ingredients
Coconut Flour, Golden Flaxseeds, Sunflower Seeds, Baking Powder, Psyllium Husk, Coffee (3%), Xylitol, Himalayan Salt and Xanthan Gum. ALLERGENS: None.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Makes 12 muffins.
- Heat oven to 180°C and prepare a muffin tray.
- In a bowl, whisk together 4 Large Eggs, 500ml Full Cream Milk and 10ml Vanilla then mix in the Cappuccino Muffin Premix.
- Pour the mixture into the muffin tray and bake for approximately 25-30 minutes, oven temperatures may vary.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool. Store chilled.
