Do you have questions about Deliveries?
All delivery charges are calculated automatically by the System and are based on your location (you supplied this when you Registered Your Account), as well as the weight of your order. The system will, however, present you will all the costs during the CHECKOUT process.
Once payment has been received, your order will be picked, packed, and sent to our dispatch section ready for collection. We will send you your tracking number via Email so you can track the status of your delivery.
Our couriers ask for approx. 2-3 working days for Western Cape orders, and 4-5 working days for National orders (providing you are not too far from a main centre). Regional or outlying areas may take longer as the couriers do not service those areas every day.
