1 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup almond flour
2 eggs
1 tablespoon Martinnaise Worcestershire sauce

8 slices provolone cheese (try Woolworths, Checkers, Pick n Pay, and Spar)
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
