𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
1½ tbsp Baking Powder
1.3kg Chicken Wings
4 cloves Garlic (minced)
½ cup Grated Parmesan
Pepper to taste
2tsp Dried Parsley
Chopped Parsley/Rosemary to taste
Pinch of Red Pepper Flakes
Salt to taste
¼ cup Salted Butter
𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
- Preheat oven to 120°C.
- Line a baking sheet with foil and place a baking rack over it. Brush rack with oil to prevent sticking.
- Dry wings and toss with baking powder, salt, and pepper in a plastic bag.
- Place wings on baking rack and bake for 30 minutes.
- Increase oven temperature to 220°C and bake for an additional 20-30 minutes until crispy.
- In a large bowl, melt butter and add garlic, parsley, and pepper flakes.
- Pour butter mixture over wings and sprinkle with Parmesan.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately with dipping sauce and enjoy!
